How To Make Reservation

Departure point

JR Nagoya Station (Underground Shopping Center "ESCA")
・30 minutes from Central Japan Airport by train.
・2 hours from Tokyo by Shinkansen.

How to pay

You have to pay before 5pm the day before departure at our office.
Only Cash(JPY) or credit card are accepted.

Tour Conditions

1. All tour reservations must be made by email.
2. In the event fewer than 25 participants book a tour, tours may be cancelled.
3. Tour are escorted by a tour conductor and/or bus staff . In some cases, tour conductors and bus staff's.
   English ability may be limited.
4. Schedule may change according to weather, traffic condition, and public transportation schedule.
5. Cancellation fees (Counting from one day before the departure)
   A 20% cancellation fee will apply on refunds of 10 days prior to departure.
   A 30% cancellation fee will apply on refunds of 7days prior to departure.
   A 40% cancellation fee will apply on refunds of one day prior to departure.
   A 50% cancellation fee will apply on refunds ahead of departure.
   No refund on all cancellation or postpone without contact after the time of departure.
